Return of Reckoning

Hi, i sent some crafting materials i brought to another account and the mail never turned up... tried sending them another mail to try jog it but still never turned up, can i get some admin help or something ingame?

Hello, there is no possible way to get back lost items, whatever was the reason.

But are you sure you did not write the wrong name? Sometimes an extra letter, fast typing, etc. because there were no issues with the server and if there were, hundreds of people wouldn't get their Twitch Drops rewards. So it's surely some human error.

If I had a list of sent items I would be able to tell but there's no log i can see on my end
