What Class can get BiS with little to no PvE??

Im trying to figure out an alt to lvl and commit to. I seem to have a hard time finding a getting PvE content done. Beast lord is fine.
What classes can get BiS or near to BiS with little to no PvE?
Any suggestions?

Sentinel ring is really the only thing you need to worry about if your goal is full Sovereign/Warlord. So if you are good with ignoring that, then any class can ignore PvE.

Thats true, but sadly sentinel ring makes the biggest difference in gear/performance by far... such a shame that a pve grind ring is the key item of the game...

Only healers can get away with it. DPS the least.

I play with no pve gear. I’m running Sc weapons, 5pc warlord 3p SoV, 2 Genesis, 1 Amber GB ring I bought for 10g . My ring is warlord part of 5 pc.

I'm currently Leveling a heal DoK. Pretty sure I still need the Sent ring. Shouldn't be too annoying with the heal DoK.
Any thoughts on Rift Magus gear? doesnt seem too pve intensive.
