Hey can we allow .getstats for these target dummies and the new dummies at IC?

The command currently says something along the lines of "You are not allowed to use .getstats on anything but yourself".

hey,

They have 212 thoughness and 266 ini
overall the stats were taken by equipping a marauder in 8pc offensive sov, 3pc genesis and 2x fort weapons I think
and training with 3x futile strikes
~3.5 k armor
and then they have an extra -99% outgoing damage debuff, but they still hit back so some tactic procs work
like Taste of Blood or Runefang etc
