Seed Problem

Hello!
I am writing here in hope that someone can explain / help me.
I started cultivation on one of my chars and i found this:
Seed - Smoking Pyre Ivy Seed -

Is it my luck or i cannot "upgrade this seed" to a lv 25 one?

It appears to be bugged, not sure if it is on purpose.

It's not a bug, it's how things work: plant a seed, harvest a plant. Brake down plant (ctrl rclick) to get a seed, repeat ad nauseam.
You'll get higher lvl plants on crit success, you'll loose your seed on crit failure.
I'd recommend getting Crafting info tooltip addon and maybe one of the growing ones (Miracle growth remix can cause lag for certain ppl, there is an alternative but I don't remember it's name).

Doesn't work on this particular seed, try it. Hence the bug.

I also couldnt make any potion if i cultivated that seed.

I believe Molotovs were removed from the game at the begining of May since there was an issue with them being unavoidable and Flame Pots were allowed to stay since you can run away from it's aoe but I'm not 100% sure on this one.
They're crossed out in wiki list of seeds as well.
