[WH] Thoughts on Wit after Burn Armor?

Wit still relevant/worth grinding for after the changes to burn armor? Outside of 100% uptime of armor debuff in longer fights, better to fill offhand with more DPS?
It all depends what ur spec is aiming for and who u fighting. If u solo roaming, AoE Armor Debuff on opener vs Melees is not always the best choice, if u trying to kill healers or casters.
Overall though BiS setup is Bloodlord+Fortress/SC weapon imho.
