Making profit on someone's intellectual property breaks any kind of Fair Use defense they might be able to use which would already be pretty shaky as EA and GamesWorkshop are still fully functioning companies that hold a vested interest. There are very few reasons why a project like this hasn't been shut down already, no reason to load the bullets into the gun for them.
