So basically you rather whine than make a change, this is what change the MMO scene to this carebear hand-holding we are seeing today.

While I agree that premades are a pain, your suggestion would not change much.

1. When you hit 40 you have to deal with them anyway.
2. A group of 3 can be very strong (e.g. slayer, knight, WP or sorc, magus, zealot)
3. The player base in the Midtier is so small that you meet the same people over and over again. Thus those small groups would still be playing together.

I dont know how to solve this. Maybe make one scenario of the list for solo queuing only. If there is an annoying premade around then you could queue the solo scenario. This might lead to the group getting no pops then.... Also not ideal because not every group is a good premade.

PS: what really pisses me off are rounds without healers... when the other team has 4-5 of them

Why not just makes scenarios require full group. Problem solved.
