Error during start-up

After I log in, I get an error, yet my game still launches and I find myself in the main menu but without ''servers'' or ''create character''.
Btw: Im trying to post a screenshot of the error msg but I can't upload it here
Anyway it starts off with:
''Data.myp:
System/runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070424): The sp does not exist as an installed service.'' and on.

Did you try all the FAQ troubleshooting options on the forum?
