[Open RVR] Adjustment of Accumulated Bag Bonuses

Hello,
I thought about the problem of having the big zergs during EU Prime Time, and already submitted some suggestions with other people. What i want to talk about today ist.
The Accumulated Bag Bonuses:
I love the system of bag bonuses, this system is something which helps me, due to limited playtime. But i found out that when for example i fight in a zone and have a roll of 1500, it is fully consumed for the bag roll in that zone, what i suggest is to subtract the roll with next rolling person and give the remainder as roll bonus back. This would give people more for staying in a zone and fighting/advancing the zone.
Example:
Player 1 rolls 1500
Player 2 rolls 1300
Player 2 would have his bag roll full consumed, where player 1 would get 200 on his next roll.
Another idea: Subtract it from a minimum, let's say 950 and so everyone get's something back -> Player 1 would get 550 for next roll and Player 2 350
Why this effort? Because on EU-PrimeTime a lot of player are stuck in their zone, and having big fights but slow or no zone push. These people have big contribution in the zone, but the people after prime time just run through all the zones, because of the lack of enemies.
