So this is my character normally...
And this is her in attack stance... wtf... the worst part is the under bite!
...how do I explain this to someone

This is obviously a feature!
It is tactically advantageous to have your eyes closed in battle! That way the enemy has no idea where you are looking to attack! HAHA!
Also the underbite allows for better air inflow while in combat allowing for better respiration.
Face first, eyes closed, can't lose!
Yeah it is a silly bug, there are few around. Does SM still close one eye when in combat with SnB?
