Warhammer Online - Rebuilt In Unreal Engine 4

I saw a lot of posts about the Gamebryo engine holding back increases in graphics quality/texture resolution.
What if we re-built the game in Unreal Engine?
We could take our favorite mechanics from Reckoning and try recreating them.
We could complete Karaz-a-Karak, even add Lothern and Malekith's Black Ark.

We have access to almost all of the model and texture files. I imported part of Altdorf House Model to show it's possible.
