Demonic Reach: Magus Tactics bug not applying bonus.

Hello,
When equipping the Tactics: Demonic Reach on my level 28 Magus it initially works. However, if I die or load into a scenario it stops working. Also tested to make sure it just wasn't a tooltip error the bonus 25% range is not applying to changing abilities. I thought possibly switching the tactics would work but this is not the case, unfortunately.
