Return of Reckoning

As it is now the only way to get crafting materials is from pve and seeds in particular only drop in Gunbad and City Dungeons (but not Bastion Stairs for some reason). Most crafting stuff is easily aquired through pve farming and the best stuff is the most rare.
When it comes to liniments it's easy to farm some of them through butchering but the seeds are much rarer and as said above, they only drop scarcely in Gunbad and City Dungeons. On top of that you have to be lucky to get them since you're in a group where all can roll on them.

My primary suggestion is to make liniment seeds drop from Bastion Stairs as well as this is a dungeon just like Gunbad and City Dungeons.
My second suggestion is to make blue liniment seeds drop rarely from rr80+ players in rvr.

Cultivating is something that doesn't really require pve farming and you can do it while participating in orvr and scenarios. Being able to aquire liniment seeds (although pretty rare) without going into a pve dungeon every so often would make your cultivating a bit more rewarding if you're one of those people who hate pve and only want to do pvp but be somewhat self sufficient with pots.

The lininent seeds should drop from the hero/champ mobs in PQ's and be a possible loot reward in the PQ bags that would really improve options for crafting.
