[Scenario] Add number of resurrections to scoring board

Alike the "number of killing blow", please add the "number of resurrections" made in scenario to the scoring board, please + bind a medal to it.
Let's award the rezzing heroes

ideal, then healers stop heal and only res to get medal ... great idea

Would say put it on the scoreboard, but no need to reward it imo.

If a Tank dies, it's the healers fault
If a Healer dies, it is the Tank's fault
If a Dps dies, it's his own fault

If a Healer dies, it is the Tank's fault
If a Dps dies, it's his own fault
if dps dies it's both tank's and healer's fault
