Healer class working closest to how Official was?

As title suggests, are there any healers that have most if not all of their toolkit working like old retail?

All the skills work for all the classes, so i dont really know what u mean.

Dont me misleading here. All skills for all classes work up to the
level of 20.
If the OPs question was related to lvl 40 endgame - then No.

Not really hard to understand.
A lot of times private/custom servers will have broken skills tied to classes, that's what I asked.

Okay.. alll the skills that are currently in game work correctly.. i didnt think people would be worried about skills working that arent even in the game yet.

that's actually not true the aoe hot from the zealots don't work proper, they only heal one traget but the rest seems fine to me

No idea what's going on with Leaping Alteration and Rune of Serenity btw, they were tested extensively on my local server...

just wanted to point out that this is the only skill on healing classes that don't work like the thread creator wanted to know

Rune of Serenity works as stated in the tooltip:
Hot for 9 seconds on the first target->bounce to next target+hot for 9 seconds->bounce to next target etc.
Don't know if both abilities are 100% mirrors and one ability has only some vague tooltip again.
