Bolster tweaking

I love the bolster mechanic in RoR and for the most part it is working very well. There are however some gaps where it is kind of lacking and it could need some tweaking.
Regarding orvr one buzzkiller is around level 32 to 33. At first you are getting bolstered to level 48 and then one level later the bolster drops by 8 !! levels down to 40. The drop means less damage, less crits, higher chance to be critted, lower health, lower armor, lower stats in general. It is such a huge difference. On my RP I really had a blast up to lvl 32 and had a realistic chance to survive some attackers. One level later Im getting shredded to pieces by everyone and on my dps twinks I also felt the damage drop and drop in suvivability pretty hard.
Wouldn't it be more fun to smoothen that bolster a little towards level 40? How about lowering it by one level every level after 32? 33 would be 47, 34 would be 46, ... , 40 would be 40.
Regarding SCs the buzzkiller is around level 15 to 16. At first you are on top of the tier, having fun and one level later you have to go to the next tier and fight up to level 39 players with full sets, more tactics, more abilities, more survivabiltity and more damage. I think from lvl 16 to around mid 20 the bolster is very weak. Whenever there is a SC with lots of 30+ players vs lots of around lvl 20 players it's almost a garanteed win for the side with the higher players. Especially the level 37-39 is super strong in that SCs. When there is a high level premade it's anyway over. Depending on which side they are you either stomp the enemy with almost zero deaths or it is the other way round and you die a lot without any kills. That is not fun! This one is however much harder to fix since the gap is wider. One problem here for sure is that the end 20 and mid 30 sets are very powerful and you have nothing comparable from lvl 16 to almost 30. A lvl 16 dps does zero damage on a lvl 39 tank. Some changes needed here.
