Beginners Guide to ROR

Hi, was just wondering if there was a beginners guide sticky anywhere?
That explains the following for noobs -
How to lvl up quickly
How to get gold quickly/gear up quickly
And what resists and attributes are best to focus on for each class/character
Like I have an Order archer, wp, and swordmaster. So is armor more important than elemental and spr resists for example? should I focus on that and equip that armor ?
I tried creating a tanked up armor wp with lots of wounds for example, and I died faster than my dps wp setup! so I was surprised. So would appreciate recommended fits for each class if anyone has made a list -
like
dps wp - important attributes, important resists = such and such
tank wp - .....
tank sm - ....
dps sm - ....
Just so I can fight on an even footing against the higher gear up ranks on the other side and survive a bit longer and maybe do a little damage too
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find this info simply? without walls of text?
