Can't Find Drop Locations For Purple Chalice/Book

There is a place in Tier 1 that drops purple chalice and purple warrior priest books.
The mob that drops it I believe is in Emp but I could be wrong. The item is called Chalice of the Interloper. Here is a link to the items stats.

I'm trying to find where it drops from. I have looked on a few websites. I know that Phantomdrake knows the location along withe a few other SoD guild members such as Pizza and Nasty.
Let me know if anyone finds a drop location or even the mob that drops it. Thanks.
