[SM] Heaven's Blade bugged?

Heaven's Blade currently doesn't affect your group, despite what the tooltip says. Was that a patch change (if so I can't find it), or is it a bug? Considering the fact that both Nature's and Phantom's Blade affect the group it seems to be the latter? Does Da Greenest have the same problem?
