1) How do you report somebody who did no damage, no healing, and actively avoided the encounter by swimming in the ocean?

2) Is it reportable if a player is on top of the 'flagpole' at the center node in Nordenwatch? (Unreachable by melee)

I believe the flagpole exploit would be considered exactly that. In order to report such an action you need either video or a screenshot to forward to the GMs.

If you get punted there, are you expected to jump down? I mean, there is hardly a way to get up there on your own.

punted up there imo isn't an exploit. The tank should have aimed better

FTR some classes can self punt so it could theoretically have been intentional, but RDPS and ranged punts also exist so not really much of an exploit IMO.

There is a way to report people in-game via the Help submenu.

Help > Create Appeal > Violation Report > Zone Harassment.

But i don't know if that works.

Would be nice to get confirmation on it. I know exactly what you're swaying, but i don't wanna bug a GM every time this pops up.

SH/WE/WH self-punt isn't high enough and not far enough if self-punting from top of the fort wall in nordenwatch.
