Return of Reckoning

If the intent for adding an ICD to kisses was to reduce damage, it also screwed up the rather maligned carnage tree via OYK, and its synergies with kiss of doom, as the ICD will now only allow it to trigger on one enemy only maximum. Obviously it also screws up with the synergies between the AA bonus on sets as well as SS.

I suggest the ICD is removed.
