Altdorf time???

I see a lot of guilds use Altdorf time for their events. I've gotten VERY muddled information as to what exact time zone that is...
Can someone on here tell me with 100% certainty the UTC RL timezone for the server I'm tired of getting mixed info.
Additionally, would it be possible to add a server clock in game? is there one that I'm missing?

It's CET, there are multiple Altdorfs in that zone. The one in Switzerland, the one near Pforzheim(iirc) etc.

Altdorf time by the way is the Switzerland time too
