Return of Reckoning

Hey guys - Just came back after about a year and a half absence.
I am missing quite a few characters from my roster, most of them 40s.
Did they do a purge or something that might have caused my characters to be deleted?
Is there any way to get those characters back?

Hello, you're probably logged on the wrong account.

We do not delete characters, we've just recently released inactive characters' names. Make sure you check if you had another account maybe - some people have 1 forum account and 1 client account.

You are correct sir! I logged into the other account and they were all there!
