I was wondering where to go in order to help out with the project. I just started playing again and its awesome and i want to help out. I am a c# programmer and i read that it was made in c#. let me know! thanks!

Ha. I made that third one because I was pissed at everything past Sov scaling too damn high and killing T4. I was actually looking for it the other day and couldn't find it.
