Return of Reckoning

Is it intended for the You Wot defense buff to not stack with any other defense buffs?
Currently Can't Hit Me! simply overrides the block buff from You Wot, instead of stacking.

The stacking rules for buffs and debuffs are:
Morale + tactic + (skill, buff, proc or potion). (Eventhough there are some rare exceptions)
Only the highest value of each is used, so yes it's working as intended.
