Return of Reckoning

Boa tarde, alguem que me ajude.
Há duas semanas que nao consigo jogar war, aconteceu de um dia para o outro.
Carrego no Launcher e não da nada , não aparece janela nenhuma.
Já desistalei e instalei o jogo, já fui a firewall e antivirus e nada resulto.
Por favor ajudem

if the launcher doesnt even open you can try reinstalling net framework

the launcher uses that

you can also try replacing launcher just in case:
http://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/RoRLauncher.exe

or try running as Administrator if you haven't tried that yet
