Inexorable force (warlord set) work half the time?

Inexorable force (warlord set) The ability seem to work half the time. I though was fixed with last patch but seem to have issue it's weird because sometimes works fine other time not at all?
Makes you immune to knockdown roots for 10 seconds (ability)

Break the set bonus and then re-equip it. For whatever reason the server sometimes forgets you have a granted ability.
