Did Chosen get dual wield yet, and if not any plans to do so?

Been away from the game for like solid 2 or so years (personal reasons) and I was curious if the class got any major / cool changes to it. Especially dual wield, did the class get it yet?

The Chosen in this game are no longer favoured by Tzeentch and have awful damage. You're basically a resist bot.

At this point dual wield would be a gods bless
