1) I don't see any reason why nonsense like super punt cd on snb spec still exists.
Give any reason why 2h should have a better CC than snb.
Plus the change could encourage more tanks to play ranked sc.
2) Additionally, I would consider introducing two tactics for 2h and snb.
Snb tactic - all hard CC duration +1 sec.
2h tactic - 5% more dmg.
3) Another suggestion to consider is duration of ktb/chosen stagger. 3 sec its too short. In my opinion it should be about 4-5 sec.
