Return of Reckoning

What is the point of the Waaagh! Frenzy tactic? I noticed no difference when using it and when not using it on the two abilities it is supposed to affect.

I would guess it's a forgotten part of one of those numerous sham-reworks.

I'll Take That always has this effect on.

FoDG changes from a heal to a lifetap:
+Can now magic crit
+Gets small base dmg boost
+ignores heal debuffs
- loses 1125 base heal
- can no longer heal crit
- not affected by positive heal modifiers (e.g Ain't done yet)
- cost mastery point
- cost tactic slot

As your overall heal from FoDG tends to go down using the tactic and it is not a particularly good aoe for dps, it doesn't see much use.
