0 Mastery with 0 points trained.

Hello all,
I have a lv19 WH who seems to have 0 mastery points without any points trained before. I tried respecialize, reloadui, relogging and it does not seem to fix the issue. Prior to this, my WH lost all of his item before server restart. Wonder if this has a connection?
Anyway I just want to see if there is a way to fix the mastery issue. Thanks!
