At fresh 40, I was thinking of running the following: RoR.builders - Runepriest

Is that right?

No, you're better going up to stagger in Grugni and drop Rune of Fortune, then just up to Ancestors Echo in right tree. Grab both heal and AP runes if you can and use both situationally.

try this: RoR.builders - Runepriest

And as AxelF said, go for the Stagger. You can go to Master Rune of Fury as well (Rune of Fortune or Run of Battle for fun)

Never use AP ritual unless your group knows what to do with it (and knows how to deal with having significantly less healing).

Never EVER slot grimnirs Fury. Its a skill designed on you failing your job and putting you in a situation where you will be killed for even trying to use it in a fight. I pray for the day its replaced.

Anyway as others have said, grab Adamant Rune as thats essentially passive direct healing. It will proc everything you have that needs direct healing to proc and we have alot of those.

RoR.builders - Runepriest This is the things u need. 4th tactic can be armour tactic if u dont like the cleanse one. Heal ritual can proc blessing of grungi + resto burst + absorb bubble which is insane difference to go without it.

cast time, cooldown, range and you can't get stagger if you take it
