[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I have found whats going on, but i can`t solve it my self. In the folder Martyrs Square are located characters folders, but the issued character folder is gone missing. I have created a new character and his folder is there alongside older character. Did you killed Japiro by deleting the folder?

Hello. I have been trying to find my old log in ID but have not been able to do so. I have a Character named Hugan level 40 engineer and I think he had 50+ reknown . Would it be possible to find that account my character's name?

I'm more than willing to cooperate with a GM to try and iron out possible root causes.

Things I have tried:
-Logging out in different zones
-Purging older quests that are no longer ingame
-Checking if old quest items are in my bags (Only old Skaven quest items left)
-Clearing the cache
-Being guildless / Changing guilds

This toon is pretty much unplayable sadly. This has been a recurring issue for 2+ weeks at the very least, but only with this character has this ever been an issue to my recolletion.

It's a very old toon created around 2015 or 2016, so I don't know if there are old relics such as items or other tome related things that contribute.

I did try to find and purge some ancient quests. It seems I can play the character for 1 day and then the issue resumes.
Also worth mentioning is that the toon has been on the shelf for a long time, and I only recently decided to pick it up again, but since it only happens to this character I suspect the smoking gun could be found there.

I crashed when was leaving Battle for Praag SC, after the SC ends.

Now i cant login with my WP "Kpihuss" He is online, and i can log with another characters. I click on "play" button and this don't work.

I already had it fixed once in this thread then again a 2nd time by messaging a GM in game but its happening yet again. Only this character, the others work fine...

It gets fixed but every time I log back out it happens again...

- When did it start to happen June 18, 2023, around 0740 server time.
Crashed on the exit of an SC and instead of the usual CTD it crashed to a bugged version of the login screen and now if I try to log Lilizath it hangs on the character select then goes back to locating battles... searching for allies... and hangs.
