Return of Reckoning

it's great to see so many happy flourishing engi/magus nowadays, those bug fixes and class balances really did them justice.

The bug where they can't build turrets in TM or bfb isn't so bad bc only bad players need to rely on crutches such as turrets/pets.

On my WL, I forgot what it feels like not to run loner tactic.
