help a newbie change language!

Can I change the language of the game interface? the fact is that I first downloaded the game through the installer and there I chose the language during installation, but the game did not work, then I did everything as it was written in your instructions, but the language cannot be changed there (I’m not comfortable playing like that) is it possible to do something about it ???
