Return of Reckoning

Hi Team,
this is my first time trying our returnofreckoning and i am so thrilled to come back to warhammer
But when i start the game and try to create a char, all i see are the weapons and nothing else.
and even i would love to take the risk creating a char that i didnt see, the game is not allowing me to press done on the customisation screen.
Any ideas?

short update....at new log ins, i hear the war story, but dont see anything anymore

try to let louncher update your game. invisible chars just showing weapons can be that.
