No character voice

Hello
I seem to have lost voice. What I mean is, for example when you make a new character and click on the high elves, you'd hear the elf give a shout. Well I have seemed to lost that and now none of the characters make any noise. Can anyone help me?

you are most likely missing language pack or audio.myp
you can grab the language pack here:
viewtopic.php?t=9252
you can also try running repair from the launcher.

I have tried that, and it didn't seem to fix it.

try replacing this file then:

Launcher also has discord join button, if you have questions or you can easily send an image in #technical-advice channel in discord.
