Return of Reckoning

Hi, when I slot No Quarter tactic, after I enter RvR scout stance disappears and also No quarter doesnt apply. I change to skirmish, but cant switch back to Scout. I am stanceless. Any clues? Thx in advance.

Slotting NQ usually **** things up and requires a relog.
