IB is fine in WBs, they're fine in groups and they're fine solo.
Any tank played well and with a full regen build can do this and it's probably more impressive to do it on an IB than BG/SM/BO, that doesn't say very much though, since it's still a full meme regen build.
IB's biggest issue is when it gets paired without a KotBS because the damage from spell damage is a bit broken atm.
