instance quitter fee

to prevent quitters
you pay fee to enter, get refund at the end of instance.
if anyone quit before end of instance, instance fee become payment.

for example of city,
pay 3 royals to enter, refund at the end.
fort? 1 invaders. SC, emblems.
it's minimum number you get from lose.

it's like AH fee to list.
and for first time joining, 1 time quest converting lower coins to upper.
or 1 month timer on quest like name change.
in case of RL intervention or bad luck DC.

quitters ruin other players experience. it's fee for them to do whatever they want.
quitting because there are noobs, i think system need to intervene.
let the elites to carry noobs. or pay. or get a group.
also for noobs, let them learn from elites. stop quitting. or pay or get a group.

when u enter city u should get a command :

-5 royals : kick player x from enemy team
+1 royals : 1 more random can join city up to 40 people max

As people frequently crash or are unable to join a sc that suggestion is ludicrous
bad enough you get the debuff for not being able to join

since we have 1 currency, maybe think about how to reduce quitters ?
for players' sake who still trying to fight in instance.
maybe it'll improve grouping.

while we are at it lets add fees to RvR areas like 20 crest and on top of that on top of that lets add fees to dungeons sewers/sac 5 gold fee, gunbad 20 gold fee, bb/be - C&T 50 gold fee, BS 70 gold

I bet a potion of those quitter fees goes to the Raven God. He's got his hand in everything.

Better idea: nerf npc health, especially bosses take too long to kill. This coupled with poorly explained and punishing mechanics leads to frustration. A dungeon clear should be 1 hour long for an average group

Remove all lockouts in pve too
