Mutated Hands to task Handy Dandy

Hey!
I was wondering does the Handy Dandy task in grave mutant bestiary work? I have killed bunch of grave mutants already and haven't gotten single mutanted hands for the left and right hand. Would appreciate can someone confirm can it be done at the moment or not?
