If by 'healing from damage abilities' you mean lifetap, as far as i know, hd wont work on them.

Sorry i dont know ror slange. If all "lifetaps" not affect, then looks like WP/DoK and some other classes not affect? I need answer from old players is it work as intendet?

If the ability is a "lifetap" (it provides healing based on the damage it deals) then it is not affected by healing debuffs. This is because lifetaps have to contend with the Toughness, Armor/Resists, and Avoidance (Block/Parry/Dodge/Disrupt) of the target whereas casted heals don't target an enemy player and are thus unmitigated by their stats.

This is by design, and is intended.

My heal debuff says "causing all healing that they receive to become 50% less effective". So "lifetap" heals but another way? Ok i got thish, thanks for answer.

Healdebuff reduces healing abilities, lifetap is more like a lifeleech, which isn't affected by healdebuff.

Played some ranked. Melee WP/DoK heal throug heal debuff i dont understand balance. Sorry for whine i over.
