Return of Reckoning

Have a problem with the speed of my mounts.

Have a standard 100g 60% horse, however it rides way slower than it should be (as 50% or slower).
In result I always lagging behind my teammates or warbands.

It is not a lag, since there are no teleportation of me or people around me.
This issue is constant and persists through all game sessions, at least since this summer.
I don't remember when it started, since I play casually (this why I didn't report it earlier).
Does anyone had this issue?

I am playing in US east time and don't see any GMs online to verify it with dev team.
(GM can pm me, so I could show the issue in game)

When you are mounted, do a .getstats on yourself and see what the "Power" under "Velocity mods" says. If you are on a 60% mount it should say 1.5999999

I have the following:
"Item Stat Total: 824
Speed: 159
Stats Speed: 100
Velocity mods:
[Realm War Tier 4]
"

velocity mods don't say anything

You need to be mounted.

I see the issue. You probably have System General unchecked in chat, but I see the Speed: 159 anyways. The server is reporting the correct speed to your client for the mount.

Where to check "System General" - don't see this setting?
Any Ideas where I can get more data?
