Can't Create Any Character

Hello, i was playing the game 10+ years ago. And today see it on youtube and tried to download and play. I read the install guide and did as what it says. But now after i did all the instructions i cant get into the game. I can create a character but when i try to press "DONE" button , nothing happens. Don't know what to do, help will be appreciated. Sorry for the english btw (wasn't writing/speaking for a long time)
