Mods/Addons Windows doesn't working

Hello, TLDR im a returning player, me and my friend downloaded same addons, we both started fresh with newly downloaded launchers. My game have some problems, first create character button didn't worked, i could delete chars but couldn't make a new one. After that we started playing and i noticed that my mods/addons button in ui settings doesn't working. I can see addons when i switch profile but the button doesn't working. Me and my friend have exactly same addons and there is no problem for him, no problem at creating char, no problem at mods/addons button. What could be the problem and how may i fix it?

I would recommend to jump on our RoR Discord (link in my siganture) and poke in #technical-advice so we can check your game files and your addons.

Hey, unfortunately i can't join the official discord because i got banned from wargrimnir back then 2020 hahahaha, is there anything you can do about it ^^

I just noticed it is not only mods&addons window, i cant see any item descriptions, i cant see abilities screen, i cant see any items in any npcs, seems like all my game is wrong and repair doesnt change anything. i guess its must be something about w11
