Anyone know how to get the quest chain started?

It starts here:

Might need another quest to be done first in order to be avalible

Need to complete the "Once and Future Git" questline first, then the quet above unlocks for the pocket item. The "Once and Future Git" questline starts from the herald in the north room in K8P and is a very long chain.
