Hi there!
I've tried several "solutions" on the forums and web but couldnt find one that works for me or to represent my problem,so i come here:
Been playing for some days now ,on my PC no problems what so ever, but on my laptop i get this pulsating/shimmering while in game(NOT in character screen).I've tried nvidia setting ,driver updates and several other tweaks to in game and laptop settings ,none solving my problem.
It's happening with and without the Sildur's shader.Any suggestions?I really enjoy this and would be amazing if i could play on my laptop as well. :|

In the in-game graphics setting, turn off "Post processing".

Does this appear to be happening around the edges of textures? Does it only happen when you start moving? Do you notice any weird brightness shifts on the screen? We might be dealing with similar problems.

I have a video posted in a reply here that shows exactly how it looks.
