i'm torn between those 2 classes

hi guys, i'm new, as the title said, i can't make my mind, i like both the style of marauder and squig herder, i don't mind being melee or ranged
can you give me the pros & con of each pls ? i like to do everything, 1v1, solo roaming, sc, wb and so on

pick any order mdps class and you will be fine. If you want try hard go mara and waste your time.

i will in the end, i guess, but for now i want to focus on one

While Squig herder might be your classic, dunno ranged class with a pet, the marauder mutation mechanics are somehow unique, even if they cleverly hide some WoW Warrior stances underneath.

SH is the best skirmisher in the game with one of the biggest skill disparities of any class ie. good SHs are terrifying and can take anyone, bad SHs are free renown for opponent. they also have an aoe melee spec but it'ss really really bad these days and almost never seen
mara is a super solid med armour melee dps that can basically do anything but favours sustain over burst. has every debuff you want and great cc for a dps
