Return of Reckoning

Dragon gun allow proc bullets on all targets he hit and get multi heal. WE cant do that, because kisses procs have hidden cooldown (around 1 sec). Work as intendent or bug?

Yes, you can apply all bullet procs with all AoE attacks. For healing, you still need to spec and slot a tactic to make it work, and still wont save you from dying against a zerg...

As WE why i cant apply kisses on all and get healing procs?

this is one of the reasons why WH can just go full offensive and still regen good and 1vX a lot, but ppl will just bitch on WE... both have the same busted spec

perhaps because under some circumstances 4 kisses could work at once in one second?!!?

def we is as strong as wh, both classes are broken

why "On Your Knees!" has 2 hits each of which can knock down and steal morale, and DG is one?

not really, WE doesn't need to remove the kissing heal, she needs the Sacrifices Rewarded nerf and WB bound to strength, and WH needs to reduce the healing to 100%, or gkd on Flowing Accusations
There are a huge number of WH nerf options, but for WE, objectively, only a few abilities break the class
you don't play kiss healing so it doesn't matter to you, but Sacrifices Rewarded plays over 90% WE regardless of build, this tactic needs a nerf. a huge number of people have already spoken about the WB, everything is already obvious, but you will never admit it)
