looks like your game is still inside the torrent folder and not downloaded properly.

i try to reinstal following the instructions and now download 172k so i'm into good directions.. problem is now with only read... i unceked but continue to stay .... u know why ?

172k files is all wrong. Its downloading the entire game now.
You missed some steps or copied the RoRLauncher to incorrect folder.

It should download around 200 files only.
